What documents are required to book a bike?
You'll need to upload a valid Driving License and a government-issued ID (like Aadhar/Passport) through our app. A quick selfie is also part of the verification. International tourists require a valid passport, visa, and an International Driving Permit (IDP).
Is there a daily kilometer limit?
Each ride comes with a daily KM limit (shown during booking). Exceeding this limit will incur an extra charge per KM, mentioned transparently in the app.
Are helmets provided with the rental?
Yes! One helmet is complimentary with every ride. You can add an additional helmet at a small extra cost during checkout.
Can I extend my journey or booking duration?
You can easily extend your journey from the app before your ride ends (extension allowed up to 2 hours before end time). Charges will apply as per the updated duration.
What happens if I return the bike late?
A fine of ₹500 + 5x the rental charges will be automatically added to the invoice. To avoid this, if the vehicle is available, you can extend the booking in the app for standard hourly charges (which typically cost ₹35-₹40 per hour depending on the scooter).
Is fuel included in the rental price?
No, fuel is not included. Vehicles are provided with enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol pump. You must return the vehicle with a similar amount of fuel.
Do I get a refund for extra fuel I filled?
No. Fuel is non-inclusive and is not eligible for refunds.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit—normally ₹1000, depending on the scooter. This amount will be refunded within 7 days after you return the vehicle.
What happens in case of a breakdown?
All our vehicles are regularly serviced, but in the rare event of a breakdown, we provide standard roadside assistance within Varkala city limits (a 5km radius). Assistance outside of Varkala will incur additional charges depending on the distance.
